Made for all organic, vegan and gluten free ingredients, we have worked with no less than 50 variants to produce a beer that has a light colour, crisp and clean taste with a dry finish that you would expect from a lager. However, unlike the mass-produced lagers, where cost savings is king, we have selected ingredients that produces an heavier mouthfeel, a bitterness that leans towards an ale and a nice bouquet of floral and herbal aromas. Where our beer really excels over its peers is that it contains approximately 30 kCALs per 100 ml, 100 carbohydrates per 100 ml of which 90 are fibres.
